What I Offer

  • Snap Fitness Wanaka Members

    If you want to work with me 1-1 in a gym setting, you will find me at Snap Fitness Wanaka! Working with me 1-1 is the best way to get the most out of your training. You will get access to my App, so will have a full training program designed specifically to your goals. Then in those 1-1 sessions we can make sure you are moving well, pushing to the right limit and can give detailed feedback for me to adjust and progress your training.

    (I Offer Group Training too!)

  • Online Coaching

    No matter where you are in the world I can help you! My app allows me to coach you anywhere and at anytime. You’ll be able to access all your workouts, send me videos and contact me through my in-app messenger. We will also have weekly check-ins where we can adjust any thing we need to to help you stay on track to reach your goals.

  • In Person Mobile Coaching

    Those local to the Wanaka area, I can come to you! If you are fortunate to have a small gym set up at home then I can coach you from the comfort of your own home. This is the perfect option for those short on time but want the extra accountability of having a Personal Trainer. You will still get all the benefits that my Online Clients get, but with additional 1-1 sessions.

  • Pre and Postnatal Coaching

    As a qualified Female Health Coach and Pre and Post Natal Coach, I am truly passionate about helping women feel confident in their own skin, no matter what! Growing and caring for a baby is an amazing thing, but making sure our bodies are also cared for is super important. I will work with you to create the best program that ensures flexibility and helps you stay healthy during pregnancy and regain confidence postpartum.

A bit more about me…

Originally born in Bedfordshire, UK, I spent my early 20s living in Canada before moving to Queenstown, New Zealand. I had been there for over 4yrs until my partner and I decided to take the leap and buy a house over the hill in sunny Albert Town, Wanaka! My passion for helping people feel more confident in their own skin and find love in moving their body, rather than being upset with the size of it, came from years of my own struggles.

Like many of us, I have grown up with magazines tearing females images apart, and quick fix diets plastered everywhere. This created a mindset that my selfworth was based on how I looked and that food was the root of all evil. I have worked hard over the years to find love in the things my body can do, rather than just what it looks like. It is only when I did this I found consistency in my training, enjoyment from fuelling my body and a long lasting love for fitness.

I now work hard with my clients to discover the same thing. Finding movement that you love, and enjoyment in the process is the key to long term success.
