My coaching extends beyond the gym floor, I provide nutrition guidance, stress management techniques, and personalized support to help you achieve a well-rounded and sustainable lifestyle.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is great for those looking for a more financially viable option but still wanting the same care and accountability they would get from an In-Person Coach. With everything you need to succeed right there in your pocket!

Whatever your gym or home set-up is, or whatever your goals, I will work with you to create a program that will give you long-lasting results.

Pre and Post Natal Coaching

As your Pre Natal coach my goal is to help keep your body strong and healthy throughout your pregnancy, even if you haven’t trained much before, we can still incorporate a training program that will be beneficial to you during your pregnancy. As long as you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor then you can absolutely start a training plan during pregnancy!

Finding your flow post pregnancy is tough! But I am here to support you and find your confidence! Life post partum can be alot different than before. I will work with you to find your new routine, where we can still prioritise your health and fitness whilst supporting a family.

In Person Coaching

Local to Wanaka? Come find me at Snap Fitness Wanaka! Working with me 1-1 is the best way for me to support you in reaching your goals. Getting real-life feedback from your training sessions will ensure that your programming is fully dialled in. You will still have complete access to my App, where you’ll find your full training programme and be able to track your progress.

How Much Do I Charge?

My online coaching starts from just $40NZD p/week with a minimum 12 week commitment period.

Sustainable results take time and this gives you the opportunity to really cement those healthy habits which will help you keep your results beyond working with me. Don’t worry if you live outside New Zealand, the beauty of Online Coaching is I can coach you no matter where you are!

For in-person sessions, I have a variety of different options to suit a range of budgets and support, fill in my enquiry form and we can put together the right plan for you!
